Added support for Quantus algorithm on Nvidia Gpus (2% dev fee, Pascal to Blackwell) Minor pearlhash performance improvement for A100/CMP 170hx(~2%) Added --intensity for Quantus. This is a comma separated list of values between 6 and 12(default is 8). Higher values might give you more hashrate but also longer kernel launch time(11 or 12 could lead to stale shares)
