Luckypool-focused EXFER release with improved stratum handling

Luckypool Support

This release adds first-class support for EXFER mining on Luckypool:

• Optimized Luckypool stratum session handling.
• Correct Luckypool nonce-prefix handling for EXFER jobs and share submits.
• Improved clean-job processing to reduce stale work.
• Better handling of silent or delayed submit responses without stopping mining.

Dual CUDA Backend

The release package includes both CUDA 12 and CUDA 13 backends.

Backend selection is automatic and based on NVIDIA driver capability:

• Driver >= 595.58.03 -> CUDA 13 backend
• Older drivers -> CUDA 12 backend
• Manual override remains available via RGMINER_BACKEND=cuda12|cuda13
