There are many fixes for working with the network and autotune.

Features

• Pearl internal vardiff now targets 28 visible main shares per minute by default to stay below Akoya pool rate limits.
• Pearl vardiff adjusts in small, fast steps and keeps the multiplier stable after quiet windows.
• Pearl CUDA OOM recovery is now per GPU, so one failed card can roll back without stopping the rest of the rig.

Fixes

• Fixed OOM rollback to jump directly to a safer batch using measured free VRAM instead of stepping down one batch at a time.
• Fixed repeated Akoya job notifications causing false job switch requested loops after rate-limit or reconnect events.
